How do I pay for my order?

I haven’t received a confirmation email
Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there. Can’t find your spam folder? Try logging into your email using a web browser.
The order confirmation should be sent right away, but it can happen that there is a delay. If you have not received anything after 24 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp or [email protected] so we can check that everything is fine with your order.
What is the status of my order?
After an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with information on how to track your package. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, your package has probably not been shipped yet. Hard Dance Store will do everything we can to ship your items to you as soon as possible.
My online order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
Check your delivery status on the tracking website Postnl or DHL parcel. If you haven’t received your order the day after your purchase, there may be a delay in the PostNL/ DHL service. As much as we are trying to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, this is not in our control.

Hard Dance Store ships products internationally. Available shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. You can select your preferred shipping method at the checkout. If the county you want to ship to is not on the list, please contact us via i[email protected] or on WhatsApp.
The cost to ship items varies by item, shipment and shipping option. The shipping rates are displayed at the checkout. Our rates do not include customs fees or other additional taxes that may apply to customers in non-EU countries. All customs or import duties levied on the ordered package and / or customs declarations and regulations required as soon as it reaches its final delivery category are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
What is the return policy?
Products can be returned within 14 days of the day the order was received, provided the products are unused and shipped in the original packaging. Do you live outside the EU? Send an email to [email protected] or send a WhatsApp message to us and we will look for an appropriate solution together.
I have received the wrong product. Now what?
We are sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll help you with the return and/or refund process. To speed up the process, it is very helpful if you include your order number and the (wrong) product you received.
